Cny is round the corner. Had been baking shortbread cookies, pineapple cookies & chocolate chips cookies. And in this post, it is about these tiny pineapple cookies called Fair Ladies.
Huh? Why I called them fair ladies is because it's like how a fair lady would eat them. Just pop these tiny pineapple cookies into her mouth, and she won't face the trouble dealing with any crumbs falling off after one bite. The size is perfect for all ladies. Of cos, you won't like it if you prefer the Taiwanese pineapple tarts which is of bigger size. 😀
This is a very simple recipe. Pineapple filling I bought it from Phoon Huat. And the cookies I used is from the Dainty Eggless Cookies adapted from Honest Cooking.
