Cheesecake.

As a cheese lover, I definitely not giving this a miss. I am saying cheesecake, ordinary cheesy cake, not those chiffon cheesecake.😃

And this post comes so many years after I made the cake. 😂 I had totally forgotten about it since I was baking cookies so frequently for the past few years. 😛
