Oh yes, today I'm practising macarons making again. This time, I double the recipe of Alisa TokyoSelect (youTuber).
Nonetheless, I continued preparing the ingredients, getting ready all the required baking tools. By the way, I didn't use piping tip as I always minimise washing if possible.
And ... it rained while I'm piping these cookies. (* ̄□ ̄*;Oh no....
Humid is the nemesis while making macarons.

Thank goodness (´∀`•) , the cookies turn up with feet but due to resting too long, the last baked are of thin caps. (γ€﹏<。)
Finally, I used up the raspberry buttercream. And this time I made a lime buttercream. Not that sweet, but still sweet since it's the simple American buttercream requiring icing and butter. ╮(╯∀╰)╭
