    Shortbread Cookies

    This was first baked some time ago last year, but recently, I rebaked again using the recipe of Eugiene Kitchen. And thus, since I am rebaking it, it proves to be a wonderful yet simple recipe to be recommended.

    I would say this is a very simple recipe as it requires no mixer. Yes... however, it can be tedious for someone suffering from rheumatism. Yes, my joints on my fingers are getting worse as cny is round the corner. Many washing & cleaning up to be done - the annually spring cleaning 😞.

    First baking on this delicious shortbread. I did not relax the dough... as I forgotten to.

    2nd time baking, again, I forgotten to. 😅😅 But I don't know if there is any difference in the texture of shortbread... I will remind myself to relax the dough the next time I'm baking. 😆
