It had been a few time I had been baking shiroi koibito. And I now, can bake beautiful shiroi koibito. π

The difficulties in making these cookies are:
- Moulding the chocolate into the template. It tends to solidify fast.
- Baking the cookies. I need to keep an eye on the cookies so they don't burnt too much.
- Keeping the chocolate pieces from melting while sandwich in between the cookies. I managed to overcome it by placing ice gel pack below the chocolates tray.
Yummy... Will be baking the again, this time the shiroi koibito, square shaped. π
