*Welcome to my blog.*

Hi, thanks for visiting.
Here is another blog among many blogs that are about bakings.
I'm a hobbyist. And I bake to eat. I love cookies & you can definitely call me a cookie monster.

I bake from recipes I searched online. There ain't much in my collection, however, the recipes I collected are very simple, with success confirmed!
As I am new to baking, & if you are too, this is the correct place for you to look at the simple & delicious recipes.

    Financiers.

Yumz... This snack has becoming my family favorite! 😁 Financiers are so easy to make and I get addicted to it because of the beurre noisette that is so aromatic to these small almond cakes. Oh, the main difficulty in this recipe is I couldn't find the traditional molds used. 😞

As such, I am using egg tart molds to bake my yummy financiers. I love to overbaked them to brown as I enjoy eating them hot (oops the burnt edges 😛) The crisp at the edges are so lovely, yet the cake itself is still moist with honey and nutty butter flavoring. 😄

I recently bought new mini egg tart molds just to bake my financiers. So easy to make as I don't even need a hand mixer or stand mixer.

Yes, my almond cakes are having humps. Why? Well, I am using egg white powder, and to rehydrate the powder, I have to stir it with water... thus resulting in foaming.
My lesson in ABC studio does not have the humps on the cakes, I am certain as I had the perfect financiers among the rest of my class mates who attended the class. Thus, using egg white powder gives raise to the peaks... Which looks like muffins. 😁 Hahaha....

Good night. My eyes can't open wide any longere and I need to head straight to my bed. zzZZZ Bye˜
