Snowskin Mooncake - 2018

After baking mooncakes, I have time to spare on making more mooncakes. Of course, it has to be snowskined!

This time I made the fillings from scratch. I had custard & salted mung bean paste. Yumz... 😋I love these fillings. 😗

My 2nd batch. I love sesame snowskin. I grinded the powder myself. Enjoyed the process as the fragrance of the black sesame powder is splendid.


My custard is not very sweet. & I enjoyed savoury mooncakes. To make my own mooncakes & its fillings is the only choice if I want less sweetened or savoury flavors.
