Pandan sponge with salted caramel frosting.
Pandan sponge cake & salted caramel frosting, they do taste good when combined together.😋
I will not write down the recipe for the sponge cake since for home-bakers, we will have a favourite recipe.
Thus, choose your favorite cake recipe, slice into 2 or 3 layers and frost it with caramel SMBC (swiss meringue buttercream).
